Hi
Could you send a screenshot of the run in debug mode? Generally the 'Floating 
point exception/error' comes up when an unexpected infinity or undefined number 
comes up, for example, while executing x/y where x=int but y=0. You can do that 
by editing your ccp4i bash/csh file in /home/user/software/ccp4-7.1/bin

add -v to the first line. For example:
#!/bin/sh -v
Save the file and run it again and see where does the error pop up.
