phenix.cif_as_mtz
phenix.cif_as_pdb
phenix.pdb_as_cif
phenix.mtz_as_cif

Coot, with a very large coordinate file. Coot pre v1 (v0 something) to
read in coordinates in the mmcif format and write out coordinates in the
PDB format.
