expression and purification, binding assays to small molecules and
co-crystallisation.

*Candidate Requirements*
Theminimumrequirements for selection are listed below:
* Basic knowledge of biochemistry
* Laboratory experience in molecular biology and biochemistry
Please note: candidates need to demonstrate competence or significant
potential in_all_areas.
In addition it is desirable that candidates have:
* Experience in cloning and expression and purification of proteins.
* Experience in making spectroscopic measurements
* Experience in conducting and writing up a research project (BSc
level or above)
