I'm running molrep on a large complex, while I have met the following two
problems
1) If the pdb model is smaller than the map, is it possible that molrep
could not find the right positions?
It keeps giving me the same error messages:
#CCP4I TERMINATION STATUS 0 At line 12546 of file
This is a problem for the ccp4 team at STFC.
