Hi Gurudatt, If the alignment of the tilt series is already good enough (this also applies to .ali stacks from IMOD), you can run eman2 tomogram reconstruction using the —noali and —niter=0 options, which will just reconstruct your tilt series in their current alignment. Note that the tilt
