Recently I got a VT100 in pretty nice condition with an extra keyboard.
Now, both keyboards did have missing keys, but I was able to make one
of them nearly complete by cannibalising them from the 2nd one.
I only miss the 'SETUP' and the 'No Scroll' key cap.

Seen from the front, use a pencil or whatever fits in the holes and
count 3 (or 2) holes from the back of each side and push it gently in.

Well, I feel somewhat stupid, but the problem with the hung bus is solved.
The cause of it? no jumpers on the backplane to bypass the battery backup.
The machine had a BBU regulator, but it was removed as I don't have the
battery pack. So, after adding the 3 jumpers the NPG signal was cleared
