M7608 == 4MB
M7609 == 8MB
AFAIK the only DEC 16MB Q-bus board is the MS650 M7622 for the KA640,
KA650, KA655, KA660

Have you already seen this one?
RA80 Disk Drive Service Manual,
Those waveform window displays are from an HP / Agilent 16700 series logic
analyzer. Easy to recognize the HP-UX U/I if you have used one.

The HP 16500 / 1660 / 1670 series which have hard drives use standard IDE
drives.
They might be slightly picky about which drives work. Any drive larger than
around 2GB might have some issues.

I forgot that at some point they switched from 3.5-inch drives to
2.5-inch drives.
I just pulled the cover off my 1670E to check exactly what it has for
a hard drive. It is an IBM Travelstar model DBCA-203240, 3.2GB,
4200RPM, 2.5-Inch Hard Disk Drive with ATA/IDE Interface, with a date

How many wires are necessary to speak the PS/2 protocol? How many pins
are there on a USB connector?
In front of me right now I have a Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer USB
and PS/2 Compatible mouse, and a

One is a DEC M7458 MSV11-R, the other is from a 3rd party "General Robotics
Corp." according to the printing on the board, which apparently happens to
share the same model name.
