source of advice!
I have an issue with a PDP8E which has an issue with the power supply.
The -15V, 15V, and 5V are good, and my Bus Loads board is good, but for
some reason the power supply is bringing down the 3.75V
Well... Finally figured it out! Found a lose solder blob shorting 2
pins on one of the motherboard ICs. That explains why I've been going
crazy trying to figure out why it's been so random and intermittent.
Thanks everyone for chiming in, and helping out!

I am almost complete in fixing my Xerox Alto (been a 7 year journey,

wow impressive work Brad! Thanks for blogging about it, it's fun to
watch you progress. Ever consider selling some of the PCB boards, and
coming up with a BOM list, so we can recreate some too?
I have built as reproduction Mark8, as accurate as possible. Check the
link out below to see photos. Would be happy to help you in your
journey to building a complete system, let me know I can help!

Here is a link to my TV Typewriter, you can see the mfg info for the
keyboard which was included. I know this isn't the keyboard you are
looking for, but is a period correct keyboard:
You are correct Brad, access is from the bottom. The bottom is exposed,
not bottom cover.
