Another MEM11 Status update

I've been simulating parts of the MEM11 FPGA since the last time I sent out an update. Most of my time has been writing various testcases and getting them to work on Xilinx's iSIM simulator. I'm making pretty good progress and have tested a fair number of the modules in the MEM11 FPGA design.

MEM11 status update

I wanted to let folks know what the current status is on the MEM11 project. I apologize in advance for the long post. Previously I had mentioned that the emulator was fully functional (more on that later) and that I was starting to debug the MEM11 firmware. I have made significant progress and
