This sure brings back good memories! I worked on a Sperry 1100/60 with 3 CPUs, thus an “1163”, for several years. I was a maintainer of EXEC, MAPPER, etc, and we tested the new software versions (fixes!) on Saturday (during the week we needed 100% up time). I always got a thrill out of typing $!
