Hi, I am trying to burn a DVD-R using a TDK IndiDVD 440N on a Suse Linux

What kind of drive is this?
Its a
TDK IndiDVD 440N. And is supposed to be able to burn
DVD-R/DVD+R/DVD-RW/DVD+RW
Strange! Why should cdrecord select a CD_R driver after a DVD-R
profile has been detected?
Please send a cdrecord -prcap outout for the drive.
