1) in the libjpeg package, jpeg-6b.tar.bz2, libjpeg-6b-bin.tar.bz2 and
libjpeg-6b-dev.tar.bz2 are the old files and the other 3 with -v3 are the

I've seen that there are several versions for zlib and libjpeg packages in
SF. Maybe you should remove the old ones and rename the new ones to
following the naming convention: package-version-[src/bin/dev].tar.bz2.
that could be disturbing for people who want to get them.
