En todo caso lo que deberias implementar es un sistema antispam y antivirus
en tu servidor. Limitar los acceso y relay y asi de esas forma asegurar
mejor tu sistema de mail. Spamassassin se puede implementar con Sendmail,
lo mismo que ClamAv y creo que Amavis-new tambien tiene esa posibilidad por

I'm running ddclient on a remote CentOS server (with dynamic IP address).
About twice a day I get email from ddclient saying
TIMEOUT: checkip.dyndns.org after 120 seconds.
As far as I can see, ddclient checks the IP address every 10 minutes.
So can I assume that ddclient got the address the next

Not sure what you did with lvm but I would say that md_d0 is
the (raid) device and md_d0p* are its partitions...
Just do fdisk -l /dev/md/md_d0 (or gdisk).
