Adding this to the boot - does not make it work on straight 7.2
I saw information about this - but it is mentioned on the page I
included that this was no longer needed with the files listed in the
link.
The kernel 4.4 installs and runs fine on the NUC5C. Its

Hi all,
Just recently I started getting the dreaded message about my CentOS 6.7
x64-installation wasn't going to be supported anymore by Google Chrome.
"This computer will soon stop receiving Google Chrome updates because this
Linux system will no longer be supported."
Doing some google

I found this page:
https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/2015q4-intel-graphics-stack-release
I have an Intel NUC5C with "Intel HD" graphics and I'm trying to use CentOS
7.2
I downloaded the files suggested:
cairo-1.14.4.tar.xz libva-1.6.2.tar.bz2
mesa-11.0.4.tar.xz
I have installed Sernet Samba however after installation I cannot confirm
the version:
samba -V
bash: samba: command not found

Assuming the install really worked, it sounds like it gets placed in some
location that isn't in your default path. Perhaps some sub-directory in /opt?

I haven't used gnome3, or any Linux desktop in earnest for a long time...
But I used to be semi-obsessed with tweaking and configuring various Linux
desktops. And back when I was doing that, there were dozens of desktop

hardware is not supported?
Which version of which package does not support your hardware? At what
version was support added?
