recurro a ustedes con la siguiente consulta, ¿ Que puertos (TCP / UDP)
utiliza el Whatsapp? requiero esto para bloquear en mi Firewall y no
permitir los servicion de Whatsapp.

siguientes: 5222, 5269 y 5223 que son del XMPP.

De igual forma, verifica que esté agregado el servicio en el firewall de tu
CentOS:
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --add-service=ssh
sudo firewall-cmd --reload

Hola creo que lo mejor será tratar de bloquear por nombre, si whasapp
saca una nueva ip pues vas a tener que averiguar cual es y eso te va a
tomar tiempo, creo que el bloqueo seria como bloquear el facebook u otro
