Thanks for the response. It looks like when we are using *Xen*, eth0 is
become peth0.
When I tried
*ethtool -s peth0 speed 100 duplex full autoneg off*
it works fine. I tested throughput and it is optimum.

ETHTOOL_OPTS=speed 100 duplex full autoneg off
in this file
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
and any others files there as necessary
