I tried to create new page:

and all I got was You cannot change the content of that page (translated
from Polish). The same message was when I tried to create new empty page.
Is that correct?

It doesn't need to be vi because sudo uses $EDITOR (which defaults to
vim in CentOS5) shell variable to run Your Beloved Editor (tm) :^)
