Hi Rich,

Because of the work involved, you'd often need to add people to the
#acl line. If I did it right, you should be able to do that anywhere
under Events/. Please let us know if it does not work.

Once the directory structure issue is resolved -- as I understand it,
Akemi is still waiting for a response from Ralph or Jim (*BIG HINT*)
-- then you would be given edit capabilities to the entire German
sub-section.

I think the best way to proceed would be for you to make contact with
Timothy and discuss what you feel you would be able to do. Once there
is an understanding/agreement in place, any one of the Admin team
could then provide you with access to one or two of the Chinese
subsections.

Timothy -- I know you will see this. May I leave it with you to
discuss things with Ho Lee, please?
