OK find out the problem. Not the same version of ceph-common on the server
and on the client. On the client it's Debian pkg. 

So not the same syntaxe for mounting with 

  mount.ceph 
mon1,mon2,mon3,mon4,mon5:/volumes/_nogroup/erasure/998e3bdf-f92b-4508-99ed-69f03a7303e9/vo/
 /vo -o name=vo

everything work fine.
