has been fixed but is not yet available in firefly. The simplest workaround
is to min_size 4 in this case.

The Ceph quick-start guide here was pretty helpful to me when I was
starting with my test cluster: http://ceph.com/docs/master/start/
ceph-deploy is a very easy way to get a test cluster up quickly, even with
minimal experience with Ceph.
If you use puppet, the puppet-ceph module has
