The cffile tag has an attribute, NAMECONFLICT, that allows you to set: skip,
overwrite, makeunique.

Try that out.  If the file already exists and you try to overwrite it
without the attribute being set you will have a problem.

Here is the deal: it works fine in the dev env, and is bombing in the
prod env.
I suspect a permissions or a server setting.
