Read, Log Access, Execute (Including Script). Under Directory Security
ALLOW ANONYMOUS is checked.
I am not quite clear on what you mean when you say check permissions on
cold fusion?

Select the Internet Services Manager (ISM) under the Administrative Tools
menu
Right-click a Web site that you want to check mappings for and select
Properties.
Select the Home Directory tab.
Click Configuration button.
This should show a list of the mappings for things like icsf.dll, asp.dll

To seperate out application issues try writing out a file called foo.txt and
calling it from a web page.
This will help to sort out where the NTFS permissions are getting hung up.
If you can access foo.txt without an issue, check permissions on cold fusion
and the like, it you have problems
