The one at llnl.gov is part of the system for connecting the Trac
issue-tracker to the main mailing list at ucar.edu.

Yes, keep on using the ucar.edu one as before. The llnl.gov list
has been there for very many years, but never has been something you
would send mail to.
The security people here don't like something (I don't know what)
about kitt.llnl.gov. So I am right now in
CF TRAC ticket 72 defines geostationary projection, accepted for 1.7.
