First thought would naturally be a DNS issue make sure the IP hasn't
changed on the other end and that your server resolves the correct one -
whatever that may be.

in the virtual /documents directory and others in the
wwwroot/documents directory there's no mapping for the wwwroot/articles
folder.. I imagine it's how the files are called.. the virtual /documents
folder just holds uplo
If you have no intention of ever using multiple instance then I wouldn't
bother installing it you wont gain anything. If you do then you will have to
deal with updates and patches differently, which you may forget to do and
leave yourself not properly patched.
