We also do some automated deployment straight from our git repos. But, I
can't say I'm a big fan of that for CF deployment.

Make sure the IIS6 interface is installed. That was a problem in 9...I am
guessing they didn't fix that in 10. I just installed 10 on my Win 7 Ultimate
64 bit system with no problems a couple of days ago.

It was the Max data length in cf admin.It was set to 64,000 characters by
default. Adjusting that solved the problem.
