Ironically, I was doing some online shopping today, and the site I was on solved this by just having two buttons on the shopping cart: Return to Last Category and Return to Last Product. Fairly straight-forward solution to it. Mary Jo Sminkey http://www.cfwebstore.com

In our latest version of SiteDirector, we dumped the crumbtrail into a dropdown list so the user could select their returning point .. homepage is always there, then each department and product is there too. Hhm, pretty neat idea. I wonder if customers see it up there thoughtook me a
