I think problem from DataSource. Whenever it gets data from data base it give this
error:
The DataSource service is not available.
This exception is usually caused by service startup failure. Please check your server
configuration.
And I go to Coldfusion
Sounds like your neo-query.xml file has been corrupted. Shutdown CF,
copy neo-query.bak over neo-query.xml and restart CF. You'll find the
files in WEB-INF/cfusion/lib.

Have you upgraded to CFMX 6.1, or are you running CF 5.0?
If CFMX, there was a timeout issue with Jrun that was supposed to be
addressed
in 6.1
