Has anything changed regarding changing the dev edition IP address?
CFMX 7.02
licence.properties no longer has allowedIP, adding it doesn't help. Is
there a definitive up-to-date howto on this. Official docs go up to MX6.1

I believe it is 2 IP's plus Localhost.

The developer edition of coldfusion will only run on localhost / 127.0.0.1
