Still using a beta? The product shipped weeks ago. If you encountering
issues with a release product you should contact MM themselves.

I've seen this happening too, I am just unable to reproduce it consistently
2) Are you searching in text mode for something in the source code? Change
Search In to Source Code instead of Text.

Anyway JD, I appreciate your efforts.
The new EULA is especially annyoing since a few functionalities were removed
from this new version (Timelines, UD-CF server model) and the only way to
mantain a few older websites using a visual tool

Also sometimes the text search fails to work.
Also the CF help files seemed to be messed up.
