It notices when you move hosts, trust me :) This is ssh, and not SSL
(which would be the cert requirement).

Depends on the version of Dreamweaver, IIRC.
It used to use plink (for windows boxes- platform also makes a difference),
so you could research plink/putty and find out all manner of things.
