If you don't want to allow the "Open file from its current position"
option specify the content-type "application/octet-stream".

I am hoping its the confusion with the mail, why I haven't seen a reply.
so I am trying again.
I am creating PowerPoint slides using cfcontent.
This works fine, when the user saves as file and then opens in PowerPoint.
The problem is when a user chooses the option "Open file from it
