Not to mention the worst, you could have already been hacked. I'd get a
forensic analysis performed if your DBA said they did not do anything with
the sa login

Sounds like you have your CF data sources set up to use the SA (sysadmin) ID
and password. That's a bit odd, but it will work. However, you'd generally
set up another admin user for CF and use that... sa has too much
failed for user 'sa'

First, you should NEVER EVER use the sa account from an application, or for
any purpose other than database management. Ideally, you'd use
