It's not free, by MyEclipse includes a visual HTML editor, along with
a pile of other stuff (JS, CSS, XML, XSL, JSP, DB stuff, etc). It's
J2EE centric, but there are enough general purpose tools in there to
easily justify the $30 per year cost.
