Anyone have a recommendation for a SQL Server 2005 reference book that would be comparable to the PostgreSQL manual? I'm interested in the semantics of the language vs the standards and other databases, datatypes, syntax, commands, etc, while I'm not fussed over stored procedures or extending the database itself. Any suggestions? Thanks.
