with any LOB data via CF 6.1 Enterprise.

OK, the other thought that comes to mind is what does the query look like? I
was only able to get them to work if I used cfqueryparam with the
cf_sql_longvarchar datatype (not cf_sql_clob). Haven't tried recently and I
very well may have done
It's a PL/SQL package, so it's using the stored proc tags.
