I'm about 70% complete on it and it has full IIS/Microsoft FTP (Create,
delete, edit sites/ftps on the fly), Imail (full support to create
accounts, lists, users, etc), SQL Tool to create tables, users, databases on
the fly, etc..
Does it support

I think this would really be best with a Flash front end. If you go
that route, I'm in.
I think Flash would be great for this, since I believe this would eventually
eliminate the need for a CF/ASP/PHP middle layer.
The way I see it, eventually there
In fact I believe that figleaf have developed such a tool and will be using
it as an example application for figleaf flash training courses.
Its called, wait for it the Data Access for SQL Tool of Justice and I
believe it will be made available for free !!!
Have I look at a mail from Steve
There is a free/open source web based SQL Server Enterprise Manager for
ASP.NET
http://www.aspenterprisemanager.com/
http://sourceforge.net/projects/asp-ent-man/
It isn't bad, but I'd love to see a ColdFusion version of it.

CTO,
I'm sure you've heard of it, but I think PHPMyAdmin is one of the best
things to ever happen to mySQL. Web-based Enterprise Manager - nice
concept, now if someone would just make a version for CF/SQL Server :)

It's funny you mention that -- that was one of the first things I was doing
when I learned CF -- although at the time I think I was doing it with Access
and I ended up storing the names of tables in a separate table -- long story
... Maybe if I find some spare time I'll draw something up for SQL

Would be a great open source application I've got the tip of the
iceberg here: http://www.joshuasmiller.com/dsn_browser.zip ... Uses the
Java ServiceFactory to get DSN information and then uses a gigantic
meta-data query to get SQL

Not a bad idea. I would be more then willing to help with what I could.
Got to love PHPMyAdmin
