We're using a dedicated server at HostMySite.com running CFMX and it
works beautifully. Those guys have excellent tech support too - I'm
pretty happy running CFMX at HostMySite.com, but again - we've got a
dedicated server.

HostMySite is a very (not to say excelent) option. I'm using CFMX and
it's very smooth. No problems at all. 100% recomeded.

We will assign you your own IP address with each account.
There is no email system setup for this but you can use SMTP for CFMAIL
tags.
