StructKeyExists takes a String as its second argument. 'dp' &
daypartID & 'max' is a legitimate string.

Now this always resolves to false no matter what. I can forward the
CFDUMP of arguments.mystruct which I'm looking at right now and I clearly
see keys of 'dp
