Yes, it states clearly in the release FAQ that 64-bit support is only
available for Enterprise and Developer Editions of the server.

I've been on the phone (getting the run around) with Adobe all day. They do
"Officially" support the Win2008/CF8 configuration. I havenât been able to
verify it's truly 64bit though. In their 8.01 update installation instructions
(released only yesterday) it states:

haven't even seen W2K8, nor would I touch it till sp2 minimum.
