The directions sounded simple enough- so I did a simple query and set it out
to display. I got an error. I can't even get their example.cfm page to
work. Instead I get a pop up box claiming: IE cannot
Do you have M$ Word installed? The avery tag uses word to do all the
formatting, from what I remember. If it isn't installed, it probably will
throw an error.

Nope, word isn't on the server. I didn't see anything in the documentation that
it needed to be installed. Will install and try again. Thanks.

Well, technically, I am pretty sure that Word needs to be installed on the
client end, not the server.
When I use it here (sorry, it is an internal app, so I have no links to
send you), it opens a temporary doc inside of Word.
