C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates\cf10_mdt_updt.zip
...and then, from:
C:\ColdFusion10\jre\bin
...I run:
java -jar C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates\cf10_mdt_updt.zip
extracting the zip ?
