Balsamiq Mockups is a cross-platform tool for creating screen,
application and website mockups and has the capability to be exported
and fed into code generation utilities.

CFBuilder patch screwed up on my Aptana 3 install. It reset the
default editor for CF files and wouldn't allow me to fix it. Also
made a mess of the CF
Well the hotfix installer wants me to install a JVM first.
I don’t have a JVM installed, and don’t really see why I need to since I
didn’t need it to install ColdFusion or FlexBuilder builder in the first
place.
I'm assuming there is one built into eclipse, but the hotfix installer
doesn’t know
