I do also have a tablet with Windows 8 Pro on it but was hoping to take the
RT with me for the next few daysbut looks like I'll have to take the
crap Dell tablet instead.

PHP community is generally much more up to date with the latest open source
tools, you'll hear about many development/build/testing tools etc at least
a year
