I finally got this fixed, the problem was a number of things. And as I kept
telling you guys reinstalling is not an issue, I have been down that road.
But due to the number I tried it without success.

I am trying to install Coldfusion 8 standard onto Windows Vista Ultimate,
but for some unknown reason I can't get the stupid connectors to install via
the installation or manually. I did notice that the ISAPI extensions is
not switched on for IIS,
