I could't exactly find a way to set the font. In theory you create a
java.awt.Font, but ImageDrawText expects font properties, I think it
overrides what may have been set earlier.
Luckily it was a stuff up on my part, I restarted the wrong server :)
You can put fonts in {JDK}/jre/lib/font,
Yeah I actually thought that might be the case, but assumed you had already
