Okay, I'm done. It's just a complete mess.
I'll come back to this once I have some time, but not now.
Here is what I found:
Unittests call `AnalysisConsumer->addDiagnosticConsumer()` after the
`AnalysisConsumer` is constructed, but
steakhal planned changes to this revision.

Hm, it seems like it broke some CSA unittests. I'll look into that once I have
some time.
