Log:
[analyzer] Fix ExprEngine::VisitMemberExpr

AST may contain intermediate ParenExpr nodes
between MemberExpr and ArrayToPointerDecay.
This diff adjusts the check in ExprEngine::VisitMemberExpr accordingly.
Test plan: make -j8 check-clang-analysis
