I am running cgit in an OpenBSD chroot. Because of this, I need a static
binary. This worked up to 0.9.2 out of the box.
Somewhere on the way to 0.10, the filtering approach has changed, by
hooking, AFAIK, the system's `write` to cgit's own, dlopening the
system's if needed.
