Additional responsibilities include but not limited to trouble-shooting complex issues, managing critical incidents and bridge calls, problem analysis, process improvement, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining knowledge base and documentation. Work Time: 06:00am to 03:00pm PST Requirements: At least 3 years of experience supporting multiple complex applications. Experience in supporting the business users. At least 2 years of experience with UNIX and vi editor. At least 2 years of experience writing SQL Excellent verbal, email communication and documentation skills. Excellent analytical, problems-solving and troubleshooting skills.
