Apex Systems has an opportunity for a *Sr. IT Program Manager* for a client
in *Weston, MA.*
The details for the position are below.
*Position: Sr. IT Program Manager*
*Location:* Weston, MA
*Duration:* 9+ month contract
*Client: Biogen Idec*
*Responsibilities:*
- HCP/Patient MDM MedForce Integration – standard onboarding of an
additional HCP MDM data source. Includes integration with MDM and IDS, and
requires cross-functional coordination with TCoE, Solution Delivery,
Support, etc.
- Web Reg/BRC - Onboard marketing sources with HCP MDM and IDS to enable
Marketing Business Continuity. Same tasks as above, plus requires
coordination with the Marketing Ops Workstream.
- Axis HCP/HCO Migration for Patient Services – Define rules for which
HCPs are brought into Veeva Network from Axis, and what information is
brought along with the mastered records (e.g. if multiple addresses, which
one wins). Requires the ability to manage requirements across a number of
business stakeholders.
- Patient MDM Enhancements - Enhance patient/prospect data mastering
capabilities through supplemental data sourcing,
- address cleansing and improved matching
- Marketing Hub – Similar to the top project in terms of scope.
Additional marketing sources are being integrated to support Marketing
Analytics this year. As we onboard new sources with new HCPs, those need to
be integrated with Veeva Network and IDS.
- Migration of 6K HCOs for Vertical Sales – This is a CIM driven data
stewardship activity (standard business operations). The only PM
responsibilities are to capture the tasks and effort for CIM to complete
their work and ensure it’s done in advance of the Vertical Sales BI project.
*Must Have:*
- Strong PM skills, such as Microsoft Project and Communication
- High level technical understanding for ETL and MDM so that they can
handle high level questions related to technical tasks that will not need
an SD Delivery Lead
- Able to manage multiple work streams and cross-functional dependencies
- Must have an understanding of master data management (MDM).
- Marketing Operations Project Manager (50%)
*Experience:*
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in IT project management
- Knowledgeable in Commercial environment for a Biotech or Pharma company
- Understanding of CRM technologies, processes for health care
- Experience managing projects greater than $1MM in size
- Strong experience in managing matrix teams
- Strong process and methodology knowledge
- Experience managing to the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in a GxP validation environment preferred
- Biotech / Life Sciences experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

We are looking for profiles for Open Systems – Infrastructure Analyst.
Description for role:
This individual will assist with the design, build, and deploy of a Citrix
XenApp 7 Farm along with the migration of Applications or Desktops once
infrastructure is implemented. They will assist with all aspects of
project delivery at State Farm including Requirements, Design, Development,
Validation, and Implementation.
The candidate will be expected to have deep technical knowledge of the
Citrix XenApp, Storefront, and Director products with past experience
designing and deploying Citrix XenApp infrastructure. The candidate will
be expected to have significant experience with enterprise deployments of
Citrix XenApp products and ideal candidate has past experience with Payment
Card Industry (PCI) compliancy.
The candidate:
Must possess a deep technical knowledge of Citrix XenApp 7 and in a
large scale enterprise environment
Must possess a deep technical knowledge of Citrix Storefront 3 and in
a large scale enterprise environment
Must possess a deep technical knowledge of Citrix Director 7 and in a
large scale enterprise environment
Must possess an expert level of knowledge for Windows Server OS 2008
and 2012
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication (both written
and verbal) skills with the ability to interact effectively in a working
team environment
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience with the design, build, and deploy of Citrix XenApp 7.x,
Storefront 3.x, and Director 7.x infrastructure
Experience with Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliancy requirements
Nice to Have:
Experience with HP Service Manager
Experience interfacing Citrix Infrastructure with Citrix Netscaler a
plus
Experience with Atlantis USX or ILIO a plus
